southern MN | In theory, all govt restrictions should be there to serve the greater good.
Those restrictions should have a process of passing debate and hearings by people representing the varied interests of all people to see that they are indeed doing so, and not unfairly imposing on some while helping others.
Under good conditions it is debatable if govt actually accomplishes that.
When governorships are turned into one man rules dictatorships for an extended period of time, surely a whole lot of people are getting squashed through the cracks.
Emergency actions are for the short term.
We very well might have mask, goggle, and coverall with gloves rules today if this went through the proper channels and was voted on by the proper governing bodies and representatives?
The problem isn’t a rule; the problem is lack of proper governance.
You are championing for dictatorships. That makes no sense.
