| I thought it was generally agreed upon at this point that a mask only reasonably served to reduce your chance of spreading the virus to someone else. Due to the quality of masks and how people use them, as you've pointed out, they're worthless at preventing you from catching the virus. Basically the mask is just catching your spittle.
Unfortunately I lost count of people at the store today who weren't covering their nose with a mask. I pretty firmly believe the reason most studies can't draw a solid conclusion in masks is because adherence is all over the place. | |
