Where do you have Iowa corn and bean yield at JP?
I finally walked my fields Sunday. Was sorely dissapointed. From
the road I thought we were looking at 200 + bpa. Once I got into interior of field couldn't believe the amount of barren stalks and small nubbins. Must have been 95 degree heat during pollination and only 1 inch of rain since July 15. Not that we mean much here, nonetheless I was surprised.

Hi JC,
No clue. The only yield number that matters is the one for my farm. We are at 1.2 inches in the last 6 weeks and although we held on quite awhile, that's asking for alot and last week did in alot of crop around here. Kernel counts are good but fill will be the problem. I honestly have no clue where to even start with the number of kernels per bushel....110k maybe??? APH is long gone I think, the question is how far below that we go.

Take care
