Oh I feel so sorry for the hardest hit areas of iowa this year. My heart goes out to the ordeals iowa has gone through.

Now to be truthful. Every year there is an area in the corn belt that suffers. This year i am sorry to say it is iowa. Truth is if iowa farmers average 175-185 they think it is a disaster. In reality it doesn’t drop the National averages as much as you believe. Someone has to drag the 220’s-250’s southern Minnesota and Illinois is going to crank out just to get the National averages down to 181.6 (last crop report).

Again I feel sorry for iowa!!!!!


LOL. The CF I know is not sorry at all....and somehow I believe lip service is being offered.

That said, who cares. It was our turn this year, next year it will be someone elses- maybe yours. It will be interesting to see how your tone changes......
