Maybe you need to realize how good you have it farming where you do and the dirt you have. Not everyones dirt dries out in 3 hours after an inch of rain, then holds that inch of rain until the dry spell in July or Augusts.


Ok I’m thankful.... you should be grateful you cash rent market is half and land sells for less... everyone works off of the same margins no matter geography... some just risk more $ than others so yes 200 bushel corn here is a failure
