I tend to agree, mom always made it and I never cared for it. Was better leftover on a sandwich with bbq sauce. Need ketchup to eat it the first time and that’s just not right. My wife loves it, like yours and would make it more often if I liked it. Now when we have a beef done I tell them to keep only the best of the best for roasts and grind the rest. We eat a lot of hamburger in our house.
Am I the only one who dislikes roast beef?
