Your not the only one. I despise roast beef mostly because that dried out cut the wrong way roast when we were kids is what we got day after day. Reminds me of the beef you put in your back pocket for a day to tenderize while cultivating corn. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for beef, just not oven roast
