 NS Canada | Had a fella cook me a Sous Vide Roast Beef last year, he is some PHD neuro scientist with a top university - but also really into cooking, and the science behind how and why to cook things a certain way. Took him a couple of days to cook it I believe, but it was pretty dang good - and made me realize how plain regular roast beef has been all these years. | |
