North Central Illinois | Spin it anyway you want. It isn't the black plague for sure but it is much more contagious and deadly to certain people than any flu or TB. Now, has there been overreaction by some people, mainly people on the far left? Oh hell yes and we have several governors as examples of that. The other extreme of that is your boy in the WH who from the beginning has tried to downplay the situation and ignore reality because it hurt his chances for reelection. It didn't have to be that way either. Had he handled it differently he could have used it to his advantage and propelled himself to victory with the virus. Instead he has chosen to ignore and mock science and once again play to the emotions of the far right. I certainly won't mind if he loses the WH but I am going to be pissed if he costs the GOP the senate. Unfortunately that is a very real possibility that many don't want to look at right now. Keep your eye on the ball. | |
