| Worked for a farmer who gave everyone 1 paid day off per month of employment. After 1 full year 1.1 days per month, after 2 years 1.2 days per month and so on maxing out at 1.7 days per month. I liked that idea better than working 52 weeks before seeing any paid leave. And you could only carry 5 days into the new year. Any extra was paid out on your next check. Some people never took time off and had a double or triple check in the new year. | |
