You can still pay the employee overtime. So let’s say the work 80 hours one week, make $10/hr and get 1.5x for over time. You could pay them 40 hours of $5/hr extra. So there check that week would be $600 and they also earned 40 hours to use during the off season and get their normal wage. Idk. Seems like it would work good in a lot of situations.
