Grandpa calls it God's country, NEIA
Good employees are hard to find. If you do find them, ya better pay them because their worth it. The farmers here that I know, that keep their employees long term, offer nice bonuses at the end of harvest, and treat their employees as equals.

And on the other hand theirs employers that don't give a damn about you as an employee, and will run you ragged, and not compensate you for spit.......I've been there,

Example when he hired you, your suppose to be a "Part" time employee somewhere between 25-35 hours a week, but in reality your working 50 hours a week, no overtime,(He ll pull your card before you make it to your OT hours) no extra compensation. And Your suppose to have a fixed schedule you work every other weekend. But he calls you in at MIDNIGHT(for 2 hours)on Saturday on your weekend off, and doesn't compensate you for it. AND YES HE READS THIS BOARD
NEEDLESS TO SAY THINGS FELL APART IN A HURRY.
