EC ND | We have three full-time employees on our farm. One has been here for 5 years, one for 3 years and the other has been here a year and a half. Two of them would be considered labor and the other is management. Our farm traditionally been all family members and no employees but with retirements and farm growth we have had to hire additional help and are experiencing some growing pains with it.
I am looking for advice on what kind of hours, schedule, pay, vacation and perks are common for full-time guys. I want to be sure that we are being fair with everyone and not asking too much of anyone.

Farm Employee Advice Needed
