obviously, no.

the purpose of checking the "victim's" spray records is to first of all eliminate the closest one to the damage from any responsibility, just in case he is the one who caused it, knowingly or not. then they will work outward till they come up with a reason for this to happen.

very simple and not "harassment" at all.

just about every field around here that is not planted to extend beans is totally curled up. all of them, not just a streak. it looks to me like late corn apps are to blame and they were everywhere.

I don't know if the bean dicamba can even drift for miles like this, it looks pretty extreme to me.
