East Central SD
In my case I did not turn it into SD dept of ag. I contacted the grower and he called his insurance company. The insurance company was out within a couple days and accepted responsibility. He actually sprayed with the wind blowing at our soybeans. The drift went just about the whole half mile across our field. We will just turn in the loss based on yield data. I did not want to call state as they would just make life difficult for everyone and still not hold anyone responsible.
