I was at a grower's meeting last year and the herbicide cop was Up front talking.. He said when he goes out to start an investigation the 1st thing he does is gets the herbicide application spray records from the person who called and the person who was reported. At the end of the day BOTH parties get violations for improper record keeping Before the investigation even starts the investigation. So if you call in Pennsylvania This guy saying he may stop at your place and check your records And also check how you store and handle Restricted pesticides And also check to see if your license is up-to-date and everything like that .And after hes done with you , then hes going to go check on the neighbor and the drift. He set out a clear message maybe before you call your the check things out at home
