Up until this year the only way i thought this was going to end was to turn in every offender and let the insurance company deny coverage and jack premiums to the point that no one could afford to mess with it. Now this problem appears to be taking care of itself.
Your state dept of ag is the only one that can enforce penalties for an off label application. Depends how negligent and attitude of the offender in my opinion | |
