Dont waste your time with the 1-800- Monsanto number or whatever it is. You will get some Monsanto folks to come out, deny, and blqme every unimaginable thing that is agronomically incorrect.

Carryover from Stinger
Roadside ditches sprayed by county
Stautus from nearby cornfield
Contamination from your own sprayer that hasnt used dicamba all season
Tainted liberty with trace dicamba in the actual liberty herbicide
Group 15 even though your beans havent been sprayed with group 15
Group 15 that was applied as a Pre is getting sucked up into the plant at V5 suddenly showing cupping
AMS
Weather

I have heard them all.
Been There Done That.

Up until this year the only way i thought this was going to end was to turn in every offender and let the insurance company deny coverage and jack premiums to the point that no one could afford to mess with it. Now this problem appears to be taking care of itself.

Your state dept of ag is the only one that can enforce penalties for an off label application. Depends how negligent and attitude of the offender in my opinion
