Soo how is it grown? Ya gotta feed it something what ever it is?
Are we talking 5 ,10, 20 years before this meat hits the shelves??
Likely far longer than that. As of today, 1 lb of ground lab grown meat costs $600 to produce. The texture is off and very dry due to lack of fat.
The process is similar to fermentation and requires large amounts of feedstocks. |
