West central IL | If I looked at it purely from a business perspective, a game in which I had to absolutely maximize my asset growth over the next twenty years, then yes I'd be strongly considering a farm sale. Good, black, well drained central Illinois farmland isn't off that far from the 2013 highs.
But it's also the family business, and a way of life passed down to me from my ancestors, and it's my job to make that as successful as possible and pass it down to the future generations. So do the best I can with the situation I'm presented and soldier on... | |
