East Central Indiana | No offense guys but changing your diet does and will not fix a legitimate joint issue where bone is coming in contact with another bone.
I believe for some people a keto diet is a great healthy Avenue.
I had 2 knee surgeries before the age of 18 and both times part of the procedure was repairing town miniscus discs. There is zero chance changing my diet would have elevated the pain of bone impacting bone.
