| After years of kneeling and working on cement (I knew it wasn’t the best but I was young and bulletproof) I had developed a slight pain in my right knee when getting up from a deep knee bend situation. I have spent the last few days doing lots of low work and I never even realized it until I read this thread that it didn’t hurt when I get up anymore. It’s funny how sometimes a person doesn’t even notice it when something is no longer painful.
For several months now I’ve been on a fairly low carb diet, although I have strayed in the last few days. I was give an angel food cake and oatmeal cookies. Their intent was good and my willpower wasn’t strong enough. The cake is finished and the cookies are almost gone. The results of a low carb diet are too good to not pursue again. | |
