I have not watched John's vids yet, but wanted to add that I had a colonoscopy last fall and I had lost so much weight that my doctor didn't recognize me.....
I point blank asked her if a high meat diet had any risk of any cancers "down there."
She said none proven, at all, only correlation and no causation.
Carbs - fiber = ??
