Maybe you have addressed this before and I missed it but how do you get your daily fiber intake on a low carb diet? After dealing with colon cancer my primary doctor is adamant and pushing high fiber and very limited red meat diet. We are butting heads on the low carb part of diet and finding it hard to keep my fiber intake up.
Carbs - fiber = ??
