CNY | I don't have time to watch these long videos but I know my own personal experience with fiber and bowel function. For several years I have had a breakfast of primarily old fashion oat meal with some wheat germ, flaxseed meal and dried berries. Lots of fiber as well as other good nutrients. As I became less active with age I stopped eating this every day, usually having it for lunch occasionally. Less and less over time. BM's got to be irregular and uncomfortable. Decided to make sure I ate this gruel every second or third day--problem solved. Now have regular and normal BM's. | |
