I have lost a boatload (for me) of equity but haven’t lost any money.... yet. That affects my spending habits because I don’t feel as rich as I did, but it was a feeling. I wasn’t actually rich, it just seemed like it. I still can get out what I put in but that is not money either because it’s at risk. Same with land except I still feel rich cause it’s selling really well. Lol
