Seems like you are now saying that it’s inevitable that people (like your elderly parents you brought up) are going to be exposed to viruses regardless of our best efforts to prevent that exposure. If indeed that is what you are saying, I agree with you mostly.
I am still considerate of the elderly regarding virus spreading. Nothing new for me.
Shutting down a country though will prove to have been stupid but it’s done now.
