Northern Italy has about 250K Chinese workers (in those high-dollar fashion accessory and clothing companies), and many of those workers went home for Chinese New Year and doubtless brought back the CoV-2 virus with them.

This is why northern Italy has such a huge outbreak, but the southern part of Italy has a much lower rate of the virus.

It’s spreading to southern Italy fast.
