I don’t think he was saying we would actually see 132,000,000 deaths. He said that is the figure we could see IF everyone were infected at the same time which he acknowledged would never happen. I think his point was pick what ever percentage you want and see what kind of death toll it equates to with his math. I’m not saying his math is spot on. It may or may not be. The point is this is a much bigger deal than a few people are willing to admit and it could very likely be a much bigger deal than various forms of flu.
Well if it’s going to be a big strapper it better hurry up because the flu killed 55,000 last year. |
