Ok. So you are saying to hook a multimeter up to the coil wires to check the voltage as I am operating it? That makes sense.

Do you have any idea how this type of system works? There are two coils side by side, not on opposite sides of the valve to oppose each other. I assume each one has its own valve for each direction? Only one would be activated at a time wouldn’t it?

What gets me is the wiring diagram. I just can’t figure out how it works so I don’t know what to check for.
