In that case, it sounds like pivot tables on each sheet are what you want. Build one pivot table and get used to how to manipulate the fields and layout. Once you've done that, copy the entire sheet. Then you can choose a different set of fields to show.

It can take a bit to learn how to set up the display, but what you are describing is best done with a pivot table.
