Yes, I would tend to agree. Most of what I do is based on a spreadsheet platform I made about 15 years ago. It works great for my purposes, and has some tables added to it over the years. If I was starting from scratch again, I'd be inclined to put the core data in table format as well. I'm not too experienced with pivot tables, but would like to experiment with them some more as time allows. As it is, my SUMIFs keep things sorted and totaled automatically, but only account and date. It seems the table format would allow me to much more easily sort by other parameters as the need arises.
