As long as each customer has a unique line/column for each product go to Data then sort by then add level for whatever sort you want, you will then have a subtotal for whatever thing you want sorted. When adding customer order, sort by customer name then fill in unique lines and copy name info so don't have to rekey. You can have thousands of lines and quickly sort to whatever level you want and if you want to get fancy mail merge and print flyers. Be sure to have a column for every possible sort item.
