Subject: right out of the service book, but i've worked on quite a few

From my experience when it's a NOX sensor it's a 521004 or 005. Upstream or downstream sensor fault.

Implausible, can't happen unless something is plugged.... Especially your canister not working correctly and not burning all DEF
