Well, I got so sick and tired of all this def related error messages and frequent derating , I finally bit the bullet and got the whole def eliminated on my 2013 MF 8660. First the heater cable broke and then the two sensors quit. I am a lot happier now and the Tractor hasn`t derated ever since .
Btw I used eko tune
