Causes
-DEF supply module main filter plugged
-DEF being used is not good
-Dosing valve plugged
-DEF pressure line plugged
-Mounting boss is plugged
-DEF catalyst is deteriorated or plugged
Diagnosis and solution
-hit disconnect and restart
-If fault occurs in next driving cycle
Check DEF filter
Check DEF quality
Check dosing valve
Check pressure line for blockage ( easy to do its the one from module to nozzle)
Remove dosing Valve and check mounting condition
Finally Check you catalyst ( your big can the nozzle is on)
