My Dad helped me by working with me. I helped him and he helped me. I rented ground on my own. I furnished my own money so I had to start small. I had access to machinery from him but had to pay custom rate plus repairs. Later as I got equipment I did custom work for him and him for me.
I started my son in business by working on percentage with him. The more skin he had in the game and more he did the more money he made. I now totally work for him as an employee when I have time. | |
