sw ontario | Heed Downspirals warning on getting everything in order on house.........experience says anything over a short term deal the house value in purchase should be 0 ......preferably if it does not kill the deal just rent him the house at fair mkt. value so you have some control........fwiw after you posted probably your neighors are there right now or real estate agent working on a deal that excludes you--good luck | |
