Thats one of the things we agreed needs to be discussed, but i get the feeling that it will be 1 to 3 years. I know we will need a lawyer to probably draw up the final contract, but i think we can get our main concerns wrote down and hand them to a lawyer and say make this into a contract we can both agree on
