Haha that is why i was very vague with my description. However this is sort of a unique property that doesnt fit the mold for most the big cash croppers in my area so i feel comfortable. There is actually several pieces in my area for sale that are big square fields with tile and they just arent selling. Most of those pieces are asking 8-10k per acre though and are investor owned so i dont see them changing hands any time soon
