SC Wisconsin
I have been running urea in strip till blends for years with clients. Vast majority of the time - no problems. One thing to keep in mind is to know exactly where your fertilizer is actually being placed relative to the seed. If you have urea in the seed zone + hot dry conditions odds are high you will see ammonia burn on some plants. Last season I saw that play out on a couple hundred acres. The losses were minimal - only 5-7% of the plants were affected, but it served as a warning of the risks. The DAP & potash have salt risks, but much lower concern compared to urea.
