ecmn
I have had great success with strip-till and dry fertilizer by running a half rate of recommended P&K compared to what broadcast would have been. Also I run 60 lb of AMS and 100 to 200 of urea.
I place it in the 6 to 8 in depth and have planted an hour after stripping and for the most part didn't see any trouble.

Obviously if you can wait a day or two it would be better to let that fertilizer kind of cool down and settle in let it absorb the moisture.
