I'm with Jon on this. You preach that ethanol has to stand on it's own but are willing to look the other way on big oil. Two wrongs don't make it right I get that but since there is absolutely no chance of oil ever standing on it's own I see no harm in ethanol getting the same consideration. If oil was standing on it's own with no government backing your argument would have merit. Given the fact that oil has been propped up by the United States government at tax payer expense for well over 50 years it makes the ethanol industry look like small potatoes.
