Subject: RBOB trading at $0.42 premium to Ethanol

April NYMEX RBOB is currently trading at $1.852 vs April Ethanol at $1.32 so the spread has widened out to $0.43 premium the RBOB when before the RIN WAIVERS Ethanol was trading at a premium to RBOB.

Ethanol has more octane so you would think that it would trade at a premium.

Anyone who says the Waivers did not hurt.. is not being honest.
