Subject: The data does not back that up.

But Scott Irwin on Twitter will probably be along and say the RIN value has nothing to do with the blend rate.

Then why did it go up for 20 years.. only to fall after the Illegal RIN Waivers?

Irwin is losing credibility in the debate..
