Using the word "stagnant" gives a sour impression. If your land is paid for and you're doing what you like to do..............what's wrong with just staying pat? Maybe in the good price years make $2-300k.............in the bad years make $50k?? Sometimes this mindset that you always have to be growing I think gets too much press so to speak.
