| That's a fair point. I guess I was trying to establish that they are guys that are older in age and aren't expanding and have no "next generation" to take over. I can throw a stone and hit 4 or 5 (I have a good arm HA!). They shouldn't be expanding, I didn't mean stagnant to be negative- but it is the truth. In general these guys are 400-800 acres, own less than half, and age wise would've retired 5 years ago but it was too dang easy to make a pile of money (one even told me that). It's not as much fun now and they're not getting younger. | |
