What makes all of you guys think you're worth the BIG money? Just because you maybe have your own farms? I'm in that same boat and I am probably not worth much. Farmers by and large over evaluate their worth.

but seriously, I argue with people I help yearly who want to give me a pay increase. My argument? "Dont pay me too much, I want a job next year" lol
I agree, we are alot more replaceable and alot less special than we think.
