Happiness is also another aspect that not many seem to consider. I work ALOT cheaper if the pace is a little slower and the job fun.
A local farm was advertising help wanted last fall and gave a heads up to the expected workload, and then told the price they were paying. I laughed to myself after reading the full ad. CEO demands on a backup janitor paygrade....
