I would stay away from c-13, they're cheaper for a reason. I would stay @ 600,000 or less. I just had a Detroit 60 series blow @ 810,000. Also 2004- 2007 trucks aren't pre-emission, hey just have less emission, more acurately, they are pre dpf filter, but they do have egr valves. I think a true pre-emission motor will last longer as a rule, than an egr motor.
