Try removing the high pressure common rail fuel pump on an ISX 12 Cummins in a Freightliner - you'll be lifting the cab to do that job. Now stop to consider that you'd be far more likely replacing the fuel pump than the camshaft in pretty much any brand of engine.
What would be your top choices for reliable 450-550 hp?
